Everyone jumped up and rushed toward the door, confusion written all over their faces.]
After all, this was supposed to be mine and Lucas’s wedding day.
Why did it keep getting interrupted?[]
Lucas and I looked at each other and hurried outside too.[]
The scene outside was absolutely insane – Xavier was there with Sophie, who’d shown up out of nowhere.[]
Xavier was gripping a knife in his hand, stabbing Sophie over and over.[]
And Sophie was already lying in a pool of blood, looked like she might be dead.[]
But Xavier had completely lost his mind.[]
His eyes were totally unfocused as he kept mechanically repeating the same motion.[]

“This is all your fault! If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t be in this mess, you bitch!”
“Die, just die! Once you’re dead, Toni won’t hate me anymore!“[]
Xavier looked so completely unhinged, and with that knife in his hands, nobody dared get close enough to stop him.[]

After god knows how many times stabbing Sophie, Xavier finally stopped and his eyes came back into focus.
The knife clattered to the ground as he dropped it.[]
A sick smile spread across his face as he stood up and walked toward me step by step.

“Come on, let’s go inside and get married. We’ll spend our whole lives together.“[]
His face was splattered with blood, his clothes dripping red.[]

Lucas saw how unhinged Xavier was and pulled me behind him, signaling to the security guards.[]
They rushed Xavier all at once, tackling him to the ground and pinning him down hard.[]
Xavier kept thrashing around, screaming his head off.[]
“TONI! How can you just abandon me like this! We have so much history together! I can give you anything you want! How dare you betray me!”
“And you, Lucas! Aren’t you supposed to be gay? Didn’t you swear you’d never get married?[]
You planned this whole thing, didn’t you?! You’ve been watching her, waiting to steal her from me!“[]

Lucas nodded at the guards, and they dragged Xavier away like a piece of trash.]
After everything got handled, Lucas saw me still standing there in shock and gently took

A week later, Xavier got arrested for murder and was waiting to be sentenced.[]
Meanwhile, Lucas and I boarded our honeymoon flight.]
