Christian heard every word of Charlotte’s phone conversation.
His entire body trembled uncontrollably with rage.
His face had grown even paler than when he arrived.
Charlotte instinctively backed away, grabbing her phone to open her livestream app.
Christian strode forward and snatched her phone away.
He raised his hand and smashed it violently on the ground.
Charlotte gasped in shock, staring in terror at the man before her.
“Chris… Christian, I can explain. He was talking nonsense, blackmailing me! Please don’t believe what he said!”
Christian’s large hand gripped Charlotte’s jaw tightly. She struggled violently from the pain.
Then came a “crack.”
Charlotte’s jaw dislocated, and she screamed in agony.
Her cries attracted medical staff.
But they merely stood aside, watching coldly.
His gaze was like a knife, wishing he could slice Charlotte piece by piece.
“Ms. Reed’s condition has worsened. Take her for PROPER treatment.”
Charlotte looked in terror through her tears at the people approaching her.
She kept backing away… until there was nowhere left to retreat.
“Christian Vale, you can’t do this to me! Have you forgotten who caused me to be raped? It was you! All because of you!”
“You promised to be with me forever, and you abandoned me! Everything that happened was because of you! I hate you, Christian Vale, I hate you!”
She wept, losing all her usual elegant composure, collapsing pathetically on the ground, trying to struggle but unable to escape those reaching hands.
After Charlotte was taken away, every treatment method used on psychiatric patients was applied to her.
She convulsed powerlessly from electric shocks, her whole body strapped down tightly.
Her consciousness grew increasingly blurred, tears streaming uncontrollably from her numb eye sockets.
Christian watched coldly from outside the door.
A flash of viciousness crossed his eyes, his face twisted with malice.
He never could have imagined what unspeakable pain Natalie had endured in corners he couldn’t see!

She kept sensing something was about to happen.
Seeing her like this, Grace told her to put down her work and rest in her bedroom.
Before she could stand up, Ruby rushed over frantically.
“Natalie, look at the trending topics online!”
It turned out Charlotte, who livestreamed punctually every day, had suddenly gone silent for three days.
Not only had she stopped streaming, but no one in her fan groups could contact her.
Some speculated she’d met with an accident.
Combined with Charlotte’s recent revelations, many guessed Natalie had retaliated against her.

“That’s definitely Natalie!”
“She’s perfectly fine! Can someone dox this female bed–and–breakfast owner’s identity? If she really is Natalie, and she’s so vicious and terrifying. would you still dare stay there?”
“Exactly! We don’t know what happened to Charlotte now, but she’s hiding in such a remote place. What if something’s already happened to Charlotte? It’s terrifying to think about!”
The bed–and–breakfast’s reputation quickly came under attack.
Faster than bad reviews came the exposure of all five women’s identities.
That day, guests staying at their bed–and–breakfast checked out one after another.
As they left, suspicious, probing glances rotated among the five women.
“Stop staring! Be careful or they’ll castrate you too!”
“Let’s go, let’s go quickly! I can’t even imagine! The cleaning lady used to be a prostitute–who knows if she has STDs!”
Natalie’s face cycled through shades of embarrassment and anger.
Ruby clenched her fists furiously, about to charge forward, but Grace grabbed her firmly.
She looked at Ruby seriously, then shook her head heavily.
She turned to look at Maya and Lisa.
Though their eyes were red, they remained stubbornly defiant.
Ruby had a volatile temper and punched the table.
